BASCOM to Participate in FETC to Offer Educators Unique, Curriculum-Based Internet Management

Hauppauge, NY - March 4, 2002—BASCOM, an expert in curriculum-based Internet management solutions designed to integrate Internet resources into K-12 classrooms, plans to attend the Florida Educational Technology Conference (FETC) on March 6, 7 and 8 to exhibit its CIPA-compliant Global Chalkboard to educators, principals and district administrators. This unique, all-in-one solution not only meets the Technology Protection Measure requirements of the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA), but adds educational benefits by integrating Internet resources into curriculum.

As part of the Dell Education Alliance (DEA), BASCOM will be exhibiting its Global Chalkboard in Dell's booth (#901-1006).

For the last twenty-one years, the Florida Educational Technology Conference (FETC) has provided a venue where teachers, media specialists, principals, and district administrators come together, not only to review the latest technological trends but also to share successful curriculum integration practices and strategies.
