AOL Enters into a License Agreement under BASCOM's U.S. Patent 5,987,606

Hauppauge, New YorkJanuary, 24, 2012-BASCOM Global Internet Services, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a license agreement with AOL Inc. under BASCOM's U.S. Patent No. 5,987,606. This patent encompasses various inventions relating to Internet filtering to keep Internet use safe for children and appropriate for employees.

Filtering systems with BASCOM's intellectual property provide a secure Internet experience with an unmatched level of end-user control and flexibility, empowering employers and parents with the tools necessary to filter Internet content in a way that is not available in traditional filtering systems.
