This new client support initiative includes a comprehensive range of services to deliver help when it’s needed. Whether online, using the BASCOM filter, or by telephone, assistance is available for tackling the challenges of using the Internet effectively for education.

New Solution Center—A Hub for Support Resources

Online resources are available anytime at www.bascom.com/cares. This new center includes instructional videos organized by products, How To’s for easy to use instructions, and the latest announcements on new product features.

Online HELP System for BASCOM’s Web Content Filter

Available anytime from within the application, the dynamic online HELP delivers context-sensitive instructions for a particular screen. It also provides menu-driven access to HELP on all other screens. Customers can learn how to use Anywhere Filter™—the mobile filter built into BASCOM’s solutions.

Email Announcements—Such as New Chromebook Filter or Mobile Filter

BASCOM is constantly improving its web content filter to keep up with the latest challenges in using the Internet productively for learning. Whenever a new feature is implemented, such as a Chromebook™ filter, announcements are emailed and available in the Solution Center.

Annual Checkup for Custom Support

Each year a member of the Customer Care Team will call key client contacts in a school. The goal is to help customers to easily and safely use the Internet in any way they feel is appropriate for their particular learning environment.
